Christian school leadership can be challenging, especially if you are new to the role or operating in isolation. It is an honor to lead Christian professionals and students, but it can be, as they say, “lonely at the top”. The nuances of running a business, shepherding faculty and students, problem solving all day long, plus navigating difficult circumstances can leave a leader wishing they had another “brain” to roll ideas around with and help them cope.
Exhaustion, questioning your own decisions, wondering how to start a confrontational conversation with a parent or staff member, how to effectively hire, train, retain, and if needed to fire…these are just a few of the many challenges. How to keep up faculty morale, how to organize your day and week, how to resolve conflict, how to model a high bar of educational excellence, what hills to die on…the issues go on and on.
At Anchor Educational Leadership Coaching, our goal is to offer you our expertise based on experience, strategize ideas with you, and provide you with encouragement on an ongoing basis to help you in execution, culture change, and personal well-being. The coach is not a boss, but a real-time support partner in the journey.

Coaching Packages
Level – Basic
-One monthly 75 minute 1-to-1 personal contact
-Phone and email follow up as needed
-Support for 10 months
Basic Cost = 25% of the school’s highest annual tuition rate
Example: T = $12,500 = $3,125
Level – Expanded
-Two 60 minute 1-to-1 personal contacts monthly
-Phone and email follow up as needed
-Full support for 10 months
Expanded Cost = 4o% of the school’s highest annual tuition rate
Example: T = $12,500 = $5,000
Level – Intensive
*Our most popular level*
-Two 90 minute 1-to-1 personal contacts per month
-Phone and email follow up as needed
-Operational consulting/guidance
-Leadership goal setting and improvement assessment
-Full support for 10 months
Intensive Cost = 50% of the school’s highest annual tuition rate
Example: T = $12,500 = $6,250
Level – Executive
-Three to four 75 minute 1-to-1 personal contacts monthly
-Phone and email follow up as needed
-Operational consulting/guidance
-Leadership goal setting and improvement assessment
-Full support for 12 months
Executive Cost = 65% of the school’s highest annual tuition rate
Example: T = $12,500 = $8,125
If extra meetings are desired, they can be added with an additional hourly charge.
If your school is in the Tucson area, meetings will be in-person. For outside the Tucson area, meetings will be online. State-wide face-to-face meetings with school boards, principals or faculty are available on a per-event basis.
You can expect confidentiality, comradery, helpful ideas and a committed prayer partner.

Mandy Rhodes
Anchor Educational Leadership Coach
Mandy Rhodes devoted her full-time career to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (PRCA) in Tucson, Arizona, where her deep commitment to Christ-centered education helped shape the heart of the school community. She spent almost two decades at PRCA, beginning her journey in the classroom, teaching 4th grade and later 8th grade Humanities. She went on to serve as principal of the Grammar School for seven years, where her relational leadership was marked by warmth, a school culture of joy, an atmosphere of support and comradery, and a shared vision. Under Mandy’s leadership, PRCA Grammar School became a thriving school in the Tucson area, known for its strong academics, nurturing environment, and vibrant Christ-centered community. Mandy holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Education. Since retiring from full-time work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and young adult children, and has turned her passion for excellent Christian school leadership into a consulting business.
